At Hugin & Mugin we do our best to provide you with the best service when you shop on our website.

Our shop is easy to navigate in. The pictures are large in size and are all in high resolution making it easy for you to get a good view of the goods.

Hugin & Mugin shop is e-marked. This means that our shop meet both regulatory requirements and e-commerce fund's specific requirements for proper and ethical conduct. 

If you are uncertain about sizes, choice of models or just need help ordering please do not hesitate to contact us.

If we do not answer the phone immediately we are most likely busy with other clients, but you are always welcome to leave a message or send us an e-mail on shop@hugin-mugin.com.

Payment:
At www.hugin-mugin.com we accept most foreign credit cards – If you wish to pay by bank transfer, we ask you kindly to contact customer service at shop@hugin-mugin.com or call +45 41 11 95 26 and we will be happy to assist you. As soon as your payment has been registered your order will be dispatched.

Delivery:
All orders received before noon on weekdays will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after noon and orders received on bank holidays will be dispatched the next day.
Please note that in times of sales and in the beginning of a season delivery may take a bit longer.

Shipping price for Norway :

Insured parcel :  EUR 16,00 (DKK 120,00)

Shipping price for Sweden, Germany and Netherlands:
Insured parcel :  EUR 10,00 (DKK 75,00)

Shipping prices to all other countries :
Uninsured parcel - send as letter: EUR 20,00 (DKK 150,00)
There is no track & trace.

Insured parcel send as parcel: EUR 26,50 (DKK 200,00)
There is track & trace number on the parcel.

Delivery outside Denmark:
If you place an order from a country outside the EU, Danish VAT will automatically be deducted.
If you place an order from a country inside the EU, Danish VAT will automatically be added.

Return policy:
If you are dissatisfied with a style we kindly ask you to return it to us no later than 2 weeks upon receipt. We will exchange or refund your purchase, providing the item has not be worn and is undamaged.

We ask you kindly always to return the item in the same condition as you received it in a polybag and with all hangtags attached.

The customer must pay return postage. If you return an item from a country outside the EU, we ask you kindly always to send the item as a present or with a copy of the invoice attached outside on the parcel (a customs clearance charge for DKK75 may be imposed). The amount will be repatriated to the credit card used when ordering and paying for the item.

Defects: If a style should be damaged or defective upon arrival, we will of course exchange the item. Please contact us by e-mail – mail@hugin-mugin.com - and we will send you a confirmation by e-mail, which will inform you of how to return the item.

Exchange items:
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend that you place a new order.
The amount originally paid for the returned items will be repatriated to your credit card upon receipt of the item.

Miscellaneous:
Hugin & Mugin cannot be held liable for colours, shapes, etc. in the pictures on the website. All items are shown as realistically as possible. Should an item, however, not fulfill your expectations; you are of course more than welcome to return the item Please see the above return policy.Hugin & Mugin cannot be held liable for items being sold out.
